"Ordered a pack of 4 plants. Received 2 in such a bad condition no leaf on any .and the other 2 in not so good condition . Send them the photos on the same day did what ever they said . They said they will wait for 7 days to see the plants are growing or not then they will take decision . I have ordered plants before online but never had such issue . They have made a very pretty website which fools people . Paid 999 for 4 baby plants . I cud have paid local plant wala to get better quality for value . Very dissappointed . Please beware and check google reviews before ordering . I just ready the reviews now .. too late"

"This website is Fraudulent! It is not the same like the one I used to order from earlier. The last second orders, one which I received today has confirmed it for me. I never received any email confirmation once the orders were placed, the packaging is different, they do not have a customer service I assume, since they did not respond to my complaints about the Worst quality received. They do not have a COD option unlike the genuine company. That one thing alone, proves it's a scam operation!"

"Bad seller with no ethics. I had ordered four plants all of which came dried out and withered. I was able to save only one. One plant was completely dead on arrival. When asked the seller to refund or replace he kept giving lame excuses for a month and later he was saying the plants are in good healthy condition! They gave me word to send 2 replacement plants and now after a month of waiting he denies saying the plants are good and even has the audacity to ask me pictures of plants after one month. How the hell am I supposed to take pictures of plants which arrived dead in the first place that too after a month."

"Placed 2 separate orders for 3 plants for my grand father, who's been a plant parent for all his life. Out of the 3 plants, we only received 2, of which this poor watermelon peperomia died within a day of arriving. The plant itself came in a damaged pot, with broken leaves and stems. Please see pictures attached. One of the plants was NEVER shipped. The others came in a whole month after placing the Order. Also, let me tell you about the customer service, which isn't present at all. Their number is out of service. They don't answer emails or respond on their Google chat. I have never seen such terrible service. PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN."

"Paid 1500rs for the plants , see the plants I received and decide. Clearly not acceptable. Their phone number is not active , they don’t respond on Watsapp. There is no way you contact them. It is an online scam,dishonest company."
